Mouth Sores

How to spot mouth sores

Although the direct causes of mouth sores are unknown, there are many contributing factors that can be identified, as well as various symptoms and preventative measures.

  • Bad oral hygiene
  • Sharp teeth
  • Eating acidic foods
  • Cuts from the wires of braces
  • Cuts from food and other sources

  • Visible sores in the mouth
  • Pain or soreness
  • Difficulty eating or talking
